The newly upgraded testing laboratory is equipped with professional instruments covering core quality indicators of flexible packaging, including oxygen and water vapor barrier performance testers, universal tensile and heat seal strength testers, film thickness gauges, print registration inspection systems and solvent residue detection equipment. The QC team can now conduct full-process, multi-dimensional inspections from raw material incoming, in-process production to finished product delivery with higher precision and efficiency. This upgrade ensures all custom packaging products — from food stand-up pouches, coffee bags and pet food packaging to pharmaceutical aluminum foil rolls — strictly meet FDA, EU food contact regulations and international industry standards, effectively reducing defect rates and guaranteeing stable and reliable quality for every batch of orders.

In parallel, the newly installed RTO system is designed for efficient treatment of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions generated during printing and lamination processes. With a purification efficiency of over 99%, the system decomposes organic waste gas into harmless carbon dioxide and water through high-temperature thermal oxidation, fully complying with national environmental emission standards and international low-carbon production requirements.
